Returns & Refunds Policy

Important Note on Hygiene

Due to the nature of our products (Baby Diapers & Wipes), we can only accept returns if the packaging is completely unopened and sealed.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unopened items. The item must be in its original condition, original packaging, and with all tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@baby-marks.shop or via WhatsApp.
  2. Provide your Order ID and reason for return.
  3. Our courier partner will schedule a pickup within 2-3 working days.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be issued as Store Credit or Bank Transfer.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged product or the wrong size, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
